Use your notes, labs, official objectives, instructor-approved material, and openly licensed resources. Do not import exam dumps, leaked questions, or copied paid-course banks.

1. Pick one narrow topic.
2. Write 3-5 original questions.
3. Make distractors plausible.
4. Add an explanation that teaches.
5. Track title, author, source, and license.
6. Peer-review before sharing.

Bank import is enabled automatically in local development. Deployed lab forks can enable it with NEXT_PUBLIC_ENABLE_BANK_IMPORT=true; the official production study app keeps import locked.
